These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mentor Session at https://mentor-session-gilt.vercel.app/. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Mentor Session provides AI-powered mock interview practice, including voice-based sessions, scoring, and feedback. The product is for interview preparation and self-improvement. It is not a hiring platform, certification authority, or employment guarantee.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Share content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.
- Misrepresent AI practice scores as official certifications or verified credentials.
AI-generated content
Scenarios, questions, scores, and feedback are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are guidance for practice only — not professional, legal, or hiring advice. You remain responsible for what you say in real interviews and on your resume.
Plans and payments
- Free and Pro plans are described on our pricing page. Limits may change with notice.
- Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout.
- Refunds are handled case by case. Contact us if a charge was made in error.
Intellectual property
Mentor Session, its branding, and underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of content you provide (such as your spoken answers). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENTOR SESSION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation becomes impractical. Contact us to request account deletion.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
